The challenge

Prestagon was launching the Agile Rack. a game changing, in-home squat rack designed to fit any space and fold away into a closet. The timing was perfect: during the height of COVID, with gyms closed and people scrambling for home workout solutions. But breaking into the crowded fitness market wasn’t easy.

Prestagon’s biggest hurdle? Credibility. Fitness influencers and pros dominate most ads, but Prestagon needed to prove that everyday people not just athletes could use the Agile Rack and see real results at home. The client wanted user-generated content (UGC) that looked authentic, relatable, and unpolished. The typical glossy, high production fitness commercial just wouldn’t work. They needed to show honest, everyday wins: moms squeezing in squats, beginners leveling up, small apartments turning into mini gyms. And they had to do it without access to big crews or fancy studios.

The solution

We went straight to the source: real people, real homes, and real routines. Instead of hiring fitness models or shooting in a staged gym, we delivered Agile Racks to a diverse group of everyday users, parents, young professionals, and first time squatters. Asking them to film their honest experience.

We coached each participant through a simple, fun UGC prompt: show how the Agile Rack fits your space, capture a workout, then collapse it down and tuck it away. The footage was raw, unfiltered, and completely relatable. Moments like a mom finishing her last set before the kids’ Zoom class or a college student turning a tiny apartment corner into a legit squat zone proved just how practical and easy the Agile Rack really is.

By stitching together these personal stories with quick edits, real testimonials, and before-and-after clips, we built a campaign that felt social, trustworthy, and actionable. No gimmicks just authentic transformation. The end result? A campaign that showed regular people getting real results, with a product designed for how we actually live now.
