How it works

Here's what happens
after you book.

Creative strategy

A platform-specific brief built from competitor teardown and brand immersion — before a single frame is shot.

Production day

Director-led shoots built for output. One day produces multiple concepts, hooks, and cutdowns across every format.

Asset delivery

Finished exports and raw footage in a shared, organized library — searchable and ready for your media buyer day one.

Performance review

We review what ran, what worked, and what to cut. The next brief is built from real data — each round gets sharper.

Don't take our word for it

Straight from the brands
we work with.

"We'd been running the same three creatives for months with no real path forward. NJP rebuilt the whole system — our media buyer actually called to say they finally had what they needed to run proper tests."

Head of Growth
DTC Apparel Brand — Engine Plan

"The production quality is genuinely high-end — real director, real set — but it moves faster than agencies we've paid significantly more. We turn one shoot into 15+ variations and have creative queued before the last batch fatigues."

CMO
DTC Supplement Brand — Engine Plan

"What sold me was the strategy call before we'd shot anything. They already knew our category, our competitors, and came in with a testing framework. It's a completely different kind of engagement than hiring a freelancer."

FAQ

Questions we
actually get asked.

How do I know what plan is right for my brand?

Book a call and we’ll help you map the right scope. We look at your current creative workload, campaign calendar, internal team capacity, asset needs, and growth goals, then recommend the plan that gives your team the most leverage.

What is the minimum commitment?

All NJP subscriptions run on a 12-month commitment. We prioritize long-term creative partnerships because great-performing content gets sharper the longer we're in your category. The deeper we know your brand, the better the output — and the stronger the returns.

How does onboarding work?

Every client gets a dedicated onboarding session with your NJP creative team. Week one is a brand immersion — we dig into your category, your competitors, and your creative history to build a strategy brief from day one. Production projects can be shot and delivered within the first two to three weeks. The deeper we know your brand, the sharper the creative gets from the start.

What billing options do you offer?

We accept credit card, ACH, and invoicing. Payment terms are confirmed during onboarding — we'll find what works best for your finance team.

What happens if I don't use my full budget in a month?

Your unused flex budget rolls over for up to three months. Unlike traditional agency retainers where it's use it or lose it, NJP is built so you get full value from your subscription — even when production timing shifts from month to month.

What is included in a monthly creative partnership?

Your plan can include creative strategy, video editing, design production, paid social assets, motion graphics, campaign visuals, sales decks, launch materials, landing page graphics, content cutdowns, and ongoing creative support. The exact scope depends on your team’s needs.

What is a Creative System, and how does it work?

A Creative Engine is a flexible add-on to your monthly subscription — a concentrated production sprint built for high-impact moments that fall outside your standard scope. Creative Systems start at the top of the month and can run for up to three months, giving you a dedicated burst of output exactly when you need it.

What are good uses for a Creative Engine?

Creative Systems are built for moments that need more firepower than your retainer covers:

  • Seasonal campaigns — Black Friday, Q4, back-to-school, holiday pushes
  • Major product launches or brand-level milestones
  • Large-scale content libraries that exceed your normal monthly volume
  • Creative rebuilds — a full reset of hooks, concepts, and formats before a major media push
What is the minimum spend for a Creative Engine?

The minimum investment for a Creative Engine is $6,000.

How much does a retainer cost?

Pricing depends on your scope, production volume, and format needs. We don't publish flat rates because every engagement is built around what your media team actually needs — not a generic package. Book a call and we'll walk you through exactly what makes sense for your brand.
