The Brand
Download.

The deep document that downloads your brand into ours. About 60–90 minutes to complete, and it shapes every creative decision over the next 12 months — so we never have to ask you the same question twice.

Your answers auto-save in this browser — close the tab and pick up where you left off any time before Day 10.

For signed clients only · 60–90 min · 7 sections
01

Who you are.

Start with the basics — your company in your own words, before we filter it.

Formal? Casual? Sarcastic? Earnest? Educational? Get specific.
02

Who you're for.

Tell us about the person we're ultimately making content for.

Demographics, psychographics, where they are in their journey.
Specific platforms, accounts they follow, content they consume.
03

What's been made before.

The honest creative audit — what worked, what didn't, what's running now, and where it lives.

This is confidential — we use it to understand your bar, not to judge.
Top 3 ads, with metrics if possible.
What's been killed and why.
List by role/source: in-house team (titles), freelancers (names/specialties), other agencies (names + scope), UGC creators.
Check all that apply.
Check all that apply.
This helps us right-size creative volume — we don't share this information.
04

What success looks like.

Define the win condition so we can build toward it from day one.

ROAS? CAC? Awareness? Conversion lift? Asset volume?
05

The operational stuff.

Who, how, and what we need to know to operate cleanly.

Founder, CEO, board, legal, etc.
Have one? Need one? We'll collect the actual files in Section 6.
Claims you can't make, words you can't use, talent restrictions, FTC, GDPR, etc.
If yes, share a Drive or Dropbox link. If no, we'll plan a shoot from scratch.
If you have existing creators, list them. If not, describe the talent type you want.
06

Brand assets.

The actual files and references we need before we can produce anything. Links to shared folders are fine — we don't need everything perfect, just accessible.

Tip: Create a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder and drop everything in there. You can link it once in 6.1 and fill in details below.
Logos, fonts, colors, photography — anything you have. We'll sort it.
Tell us what you have: SVG, PNG, dark version, light version, icon-only, wordmark, etc.
Paste your primary and secondary hex/RGB codes, or link to your style guide.
Name the fonts your brand uses — display, body, any special treatments. Google Fonts or Adobe names are fine.
Link to existing product shots, lifestyle photography, or brand imagery we can pull from.
Any licensed tracks, sonic branding, or audio style direction? References welcome. If none, describe the vibe in a few words (e.g. "upbeat and warm", "dark and cinematic").
07

The vibe.

The unstructured part. Tell us what we wouldn't think to ask.

You can save and return any time. When you're ready, hit submit and we'll have everything we need.

We've got it.

Your Brand Download is in our hands. The team will review before our next session. Your Project Lead will follow up in Slack within 24 hours.
